Transport questions

The things travellers ask us most often before confirming a transfer.

How far in advance should I book a transfer?

Same day is usually possible inside Casablanca and Marrakech, since our vehicles are based there. For the long runs such as Marrakech to Merzouga or Agadir to Zagora, we ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can match the right vehicle to your luggage.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Send us your flight number when you book. We monitor the airline feed and your driver is re-timed automatically, so a delayed landing does not cost you anything extra.

Can you carry more than seven passengers?

Yes. For groups above seven we arrange a minibus or a second vehicle, and the quote is still fixed. Tell us the passenger count and the number of suitcases when you book and we will size the vehicle correctly.

Do you collect from my hotel or riad?

Yes. The Medina in Marrakech has narrow lanes that cars cannot reach, so your driver will meet you at the nearest car accessible point and walk in with you. Put the riad or hotel name in the notes field.

Is the price fixed or per kilometre?

Fixed. The price you are quoted covers the vehicle, the driver, fuel and tolls for the whole route. Nothing is added when traffic is heavy, and there is no surcharge for waiting time at the airport.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

Most transfers are settled in cash with the driver, or by bank transfer if you prefer. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time; inside 24 hours we keep the deposit against the trip.
