How do I book a transfer or a private tour?
Booking takes three simple steps. On the transport page, enter your departure point, destination, date and number of passengers — or pick a ready-made tour and follow the checkout. You then choose how you want to pay: a 30% deposit online, the full amount, or pay later. We check availability and send your fixed quote by email and WhatsApp within 24 hours, and once the booking is confirmed you receive your driver's name and phone number.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
Inside Casablanca and Marrakech a same-day transfer is often possible, because our vehicles are based there. For the long runs — Marrakech to Merzouga, Agadir to Zagora, Casablanca to Chefchaouen — we ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can send the right vehicle for your luggage. In peak season (March to May and September to November) and around public holidays, book a few days ahead to be safe.
Do I have to pay to confirm my booking?
You choose. Pay a 30% deposit online by card, PayPal or bank transfer and your vehicle and driver are locked in immediately. Or select Pay later and reserve your places with nothing due today — we then confirm availability and send you the payment details for the day of travel. Either way you receive a booking reference, an invoice and a receipt.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup time for a transfer, and up to 48 hours before departure for a multi-day tour — your deposit is refunded in full. Inside that window, and in case of a no-show, the deposit is kept against the vehicle that was already reserved for you. Send us a WhatsApp message and we handle it the same day.
Which airports and cities do you cover?
All the main Moroccan airports: Casablanca Mohammed V (CMN), Marrakech Menara (RAK), Agadir Al Massira (AGA), Tangier Ibn Battouta (TNG), Fès-Saïss (FEZ), Essaouira-Mogador (ESU), Rabat-Salé (RBA) and Nador (NDR). We also run city-to-city routes between Casablanca, Marrakech, Agadir, Tangier, Chefchaouen, Fès, Ouarzazate, Zagora, Merzouga and Essaouira. If your destination is not listed, ask us — we quote the whole route.
Will my driver wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. Give us your flight number when you book and we monitor the airline feed. If your landing is delayed, your driver is re-timed automatically and stays on standby, so a delay never costs you anything extra. Waiting time at the airport is not charged.
Do you collect me from my hotel or riad?
Yes, door to door. In the medinas of Marrakech, Fès or Essaouira some lanes are too narrow for cars, so your driver waits at the nearest car-accessible point and walks in with you. Put your riad or hotel name in the notes field and send us the WhatsApp number of the reception if you have one.
Is the price fixed, or per kilometre?
Fixed. The quote you receive covers the vehicle, the driver, fuel and tolls for the entire route — nothing is added in heavy traffic and there is no per-kilometre billing. Tell us the passenger count and the number of suitcases when you book: above seven travellers we arrange a minibus or a second vehicle at the same fixed price. Child seats are available on request.
When and where do I pay on arrival?
With most transfers you can settle the total on the day itself: in cash — Moroccan dirhams or euros — with your driver at the pickup point, meaning your hotel, your riad or the airport terminal, or simply by card. Nothing is charged before the trip if you chose Pay later. For multi-day tours the balance is due before departure or at the start of the journey, as written on your invoice.
Which payment methods can I use online?
Three secure options: credit or debit card, PayPal and bank transfer. You can pay the 30% deposit or the full amount in one go — the choice is on the checkout page. Every online payment is encrypted with bank-grade 256-bit SSL, we never see or store your card details, and you receive a receipt and a booking reference immediately.
In which currencies can I pay?
Prices are shown in EUR, MAD or USD — switch currency with the selector in the header. Your online deposit is charged in the currency you choose. On arrival you can pay in cash in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), which is the most convenient for the driver, or in euros or US dollars, or by card. The amount on your invoice never changes with the exchange rate.
Do I need a visa for Morocco, and is it safe to travel?
Most nationalities — EU, UK, US, Canada and many others — enter Morocco visa-free for stays under 90 days with a passport valid for at least 6 months. Rules can change, so please check with your embassy before you travel. Morocco is one of the safest and most welcoming countries in Africa, and with a private driver and a door-to-door transfer you are looked after from the aircraft to your riad.
What practical info should I know before a Moroccan transfer?
Allow enough time for distances: the road from Casablanca to Marrakech takes around 2 hours 30, and the run to Merzouga or Zagora a full day. We drive mainly by daylight and avoid night driving on mountain roads. Tell us in advance if you need child seats, extra luggage space, a stop at a viewpoint or a restaurant along the way, or if someone in your group has reduced mobility — we adapt the vehicle and the route. Stay reachable on WhatsApp during the journey; our team answers in English, French and Arabic.
